| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯在朝鲜半岛有着独特的地缘政治、经济和安全利益。朝鲜半岛是俄罗斯实现大国外交的舞台。保持与韩国、朝鲜的友好和建设性关系,鼓励朝韩间的对话与接触,努力参与通过政治途径解决朝鲜半岛核问题,维护和加强东北亚地区的安全是近年来俄罗斯朝鲜半岛政策的主要目标。俄罗斯的地区影响力和国际地位也在解决朝鲜半岛问题中不断得以提升。
