| 摘 要： | 企业技术创新采纳拒绝是相对于企业技术创新采纳而提出的,两者是因一个决策问题而生的两个选择行为。企业技术创新采纳拒绝行为就是指企业在评估创新机会后,做出不予采纳技术创新的决策行为。拒绝行为主体只能是企业家——企业的经营者,而拒绝行为产生的主要原因是企业家创新能力不足、技术不确定性、创新人才匮乏、创新资金短缺等。
