用产权制度改革推进中国银行业的现代化进程

加入世贸组织后中国银行业将直面国外银行业的激烈竞争。中国银行业与国外发达国家商业银行相比 ,在体系结构、市场安排、宏观管理、内控机制和创新机制等方面都存在明显差距。造成差距并影响其竞争能力的主要原因 ,是银行的资本结构不合理 ,产权关系不清晰 ,治理结构不健全。所以 ,必须通过产权制度改革来促进中国银行业的现代化进程。

Promote China's Banking Modernization with the Reform of Equity System

After the entrance into WTO,China's banking industry directly meets with the keen competition from foreign banks.In terms of the property right system,market arrangement,macro-management,internal control mechanism,innovation mechanism,etc.China's banks are greatly lacking behind the commercial banks of the developed nations.The major reason for this great gap and for the incompetence of China's banks is the irrational capital structure,undistinct property right and unhealthy governance structure.Therefore,we must enforce the reform of the equity system so as to promote the modernization progress for China's banking industry.
