| 摘 要： | 从整体和宏观上看,基础科学和应用科学是现实存在的,两者并非边界模糊乃至完全消失。在定义———从科学活动的目的和动机、科学研究的结果和终局、科学理论的层次和程度———基础科学和应用科学的基础上,就价值关联、精神气质、评价承认、知识产权、自决程度、组织管理、资助来源七个方面以及意图、功能、认知上的歧异对基础科学和应用科学加以区别。当然,基础科学和应用科学也有诸多联系和某些相同或相近之处,因此两者的区分在某种意义和某些个案上具有相对性和约定性。
