论系统工程在我国对外贸易立法中的运用

自然科学与社会科学的互相渗透、融通是当代知识体系的一个发展趋势。而在我国外贸立法中,还存在诸多问题。尝试以系统工程这个自然科学的方法论指导我国的外贸立法,并具体阐述系统工程的有序性原理、整体性原理、相关性原理以及动态性原理在我国外贸立法中的运用,对构建符合WTO的外贸立法系统工程具有积极的建设性意义。

The Application of System Engineering to Our Foreign Trade Legalization

Based on the academic trend of mixing social science with natural science, this article attempts to introduce the theory of system engineering into our current foreign trade legalization. It points out that the ordered, entire, relative, dynamic principles of system engineering should be regarded as the guidance of the legalization. Also it tells of how to apply these principles and how to coincide with WTO.
