| 摘 要： | 国有企业进行产权交易的价值在于改变国有企业规则,对国有资本进行资源优化配置及产业结构升级。国有企业在产权交易的过程中可能出现的寻租、垄断、失业等外部非经济性结果,最后给出解决国有企业产权交易悖论的启示和建议。

| Abstract: | The property rights exchange of state enterprises has become a tendency. Its value is embodied in the changing of state enterprise rules, in the optimizing of state resources, and in the upgrading of industry structure. In the process of theproperty rights exchange of state enterprises, there may appear non-economical problems such as rent seeking, monopoly and unemployment. Efforts must be made to solve these problems. |
