| 摘 要： | 遏制计算机犯罪的对策分为以打击为目的的刑事对策和以预防为目的的社会对策。刑事对策讨论了计算机犯罪刑事法律的立法模式、强化司法环节以及加强国际间的司法协作和合作等问题;社会对策讨论了如何建立完善的计算机安全系统,在全社会开展计算机安全教育以及加强对青少年计算机使用者的道德教育等问题。

| Abstract: | The strategies of holding back compute crimes can be divided into two kinds: the criminal strategy aiming at striking and the social strategy aiming at precautions. The former involves the legislative pattern of criminal laws for compute crimes, the strengthening of judicial links, and the enhancing of international judicial co-operation. The latter involves the establishing of perfect computer safe system, the developing of computer safe education, and the improving of teen-ages?moral qualities. |
