| 摘 要： | 就业事关社会稳定和经济繁荣的大局。上海目前劳动力市场的供给状况不容乐观。就业将成为上海“十五”期间迫切需要解决的问题 ,只有在创造就业岗位和提高劳动者素质上下功夫 ,上海市的就业压力才能得到缓解。

| Abstract: | The issue of employment involves social stability and prosperity. At present, the condition of employment in Shanghai is rather critical, which badly needs to be settled during the period of "the Tenth-Five-Year Plan". Only by offering more and more jobs and improving labor's quality can the pressure of employment be alleviated. |
