| 摘 要： | 该文辩证地分析了森林认证和林产品国际贸易的关系。森林认证可能阻碍林产品贸易自由化，而不合理的林产品贸易可能会恶化环境。但是二者最终追求的目标都是为了实现可持续发展。该文论述了森林认证和林产品国际贸易之间的相互影响，认为林产品国际贸易是推动森林认证快速发展的重要因素，森林认证是促进林产品贸易可持续发展的手段之一。

| Abstract: | The paper dialectically analyzes the relationship between forest certification and international trade of forest products.The liberalization of forest product trade may be hindered by forest certification.Unreasonable forest product trade may make the environment worse.But sustainable development is the final object of forest certification and international trade on forest product together.Additionally,the mutual impact between forest certification and forest product trade is discussed in this paper.International trade of forest products is an important factor to accelerate the development of forest certification.And the forest certification is one of the means of promoting the sustainable forest products trade. |
