| 摘 要： | 高校科技创新体系是国家创新体系不可分割的有机组成部分,是国家基础研究和高技术领域的原始性创新的主力军。高校科技创新平台建设,既是提升原始创新能力、促进科技成果转化、服务市场经济建设、全面提升高校科技创新能力和综合竞争力的需要,又是完善中国高校科技创新体系,实现高水平研究型大学的必然选择。本文提出,高等学校的科技创新平台建设,是推进高水平研究型大学建设的重要措施,也是国家创新体系建设的重要组成部分。积极建设自己的科技创新平台,是各高校坚定不移地走跨越式发展道路的必然选择。
