林业是和谐社会公平的体现及其理论的完善

和谐思维是构建和谐社会的首要理念，和谐思维的形成需要观念的转变，这种观念的转变应从林业开始。自从林业的经营理念从过去的以木材生产和经济效益为主转变为追求环境保护和生态效益，林业就成为中国目前最早和最全面地投入到构建和谐社会的行业部门。林业的这种转变促进了传统思维向和谐思维的转变，所以，无论在思想层面上还是实践过程中，这种转变使得林业在构建和谐社会中起到重要的先锋作用。公平正义是和谐社会的重要组成部分，林业从时间、空间、制度3个方面体现了这种公平正义。
