| 摘 要： | 建设学习型政党是党在新的历史阶段的重大战略任务,这对高校加强和改进党的建设提出了新的要求,也为在新的历史阶段搞好高校党的建设指明了方向。高校建设学习型政党,不但要发扬我党善于学习的优良传统,将党的优良传统和成功经验进一步深化,还要按照科学发展观的要求做好创新。
