编辑在把握科技期刊学术水平、创建良好学风中的作用

科技期刊的学术水平是期刊的第一生命，编辑是把握科技期刊学术水平的关键因素。本文首先分析了当前影响科技期刊学术水平的主要原因，包括：大部分的期刊稿源主要依靠自由来稿，组稿力度不够;由于多种原因不能选取适合的审稿专家，导致稿件不能有效送审;编校环节存在的问题使稿件迟迟做不到“齐、清、定”;人为的干扰可能导致质量不高，甚至是错误的论文得以发表。针对以上问题，编辑工作者应发挥其核心作用，尽量做到：走出编辑部，加大组织优质稿件的力度;加强专业知识的学习及对审稿专家的了解，确保稿件送审环节的有效性，严把质量关;抓好编校工作的各个环节，提早着手以提高编校质量;尽量做到匿名送审，尽量减少人为干扰。编辑工作者要确保科技期刊的学术水平，在创建良好学风中发挥积极的导向作用。

Effects of Editors in Mastering the Academic Level of Scientific Journals and Setting Up the Upstanding Style of Study

Academic level is the foundation of scientific journals,and editors are the key in mastering the academic level of journals.In this paper,the authors first analyze the main reasons of influencing academic level of journals such as: the contributing source of most journals is mainly relying on the free contribution,editors do not spend enough time on the contribution organizing;many reasons result in the inappropriate choosing of peer reviewers and therefore lead to the ineffective checking and approving;the problems lying in the process of editing and proofreading make the papers difficult to be "neat,clear,ascertain ";interference from varied sides possibly makes the papers of poor quality or even impropered being published.Concerning the above problems,editors should exert their key roles and try to do as the followings: walking out of the editorial offices and spending more time on the contribution organizing;strengthening study in major and knowing more about the experts to ensure the quality guarding in this stage;launching on early and improving the quality of editing and proofreading in each step of this phase;trying to send the contributions to the reviewers without the information of authors to avoid the contrived interference.The editors should play key roles in mastering the academic level of scientific journals and setting up the upstanding style of study.
