| 摘 要： | 该文阐明了馆藏电子资源的含义 ,从数据类型、学科、资源量、数据存取方式、数据时限、并发用户等方面概述了馆藏电子资源的基本状况 ,同时分析了电子资源评价与传统纸质资源评价在评价思想、评价指标、评价方法上的异同 ,指出了电子资源评价的整体性、针对性、准确性原则。文章最后阐述了电子资源评价指标体系的组成及馆藏电子资源评价指标的选择和确定 ,在此基础上对北京林业大学馆藏电子资源的内容和使用情况进行了初步评价 ,并对馆藏部分电子资源做了成本核算

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the meaning of digital data in library collection. From data type, subject, the quantity of resources,the deposit and withdraw way of data,the time limit of data,the intercurrent user,the paper explains the status of digital resources in library collection,analyzes the difference between digital data appraisal and traditional paper quality resource appraisal in thought,index,method,points out the integration, acuracy principle of digital data evaluation.At last,the paper explains the composition and the choice of the evaluation index system of digital data.Based on it,the paper carries out a preliminary evaluation on the content and use of digital data,and makes a costing for some digital data of library of Beijing Forestry University. |
