| 摘 要： | 体育教育是高校实施素质教育的有效途径和窗口,而师资队伍建设又是高校适应学校体育改革、深化素质教育的必要前提。本文利用文献资料、专家访谈分析了目前高校体育存在的一些问题及高校体育实施素质教育的对策,并对高校体育师资队伍的建设提出建议,为高校实施素质教育提供理论支持。
