| 摘 要： | 民勤的生态环境恶化问题是我国干旱地区生态环境问题的缩影,落后的农业生产方式与统一化的政策与管理方式是造成生态环境恶化的根源。解决问题的主要途径是改进落后的农业生产方式,将节水农业和现代农业的先进生产方式及生态环境保护工程结合在一起,通过建设生态功能特区的方式对该地区采取特殊政策。

| Abstract: | It is found in this paper that the problems of ecological environment situation degraded in Minqin County,Gansu Province.It is in a picture for many dry areas in northwest of China and the problems rooted from the backward of agriculture and related unique policies and management.It is suggested that the solution would be shift current agriculture production to a water saving and high technology ways with the management and special policies for setup a special environment region in Minqin. |
