| 摘 要： | 以婚姻为标准，迄今为止的人类历史可划分为前婚姻时代、婚姻时代和后婚姻时代。与这三种时代相对应，性权利从前婚姻时代的性特权演变为婚姻时代的性权利，再演变为后婚姻时代的性人权。性权利的历史演变反映了人类追求性自由、性尊严的历程。

| Abstract: | Human history so far could be divided into pre-marriage age,marriage age and post-marriage age in terms of marriage.Sexual rights develop into sexual claim in marriage age from sexual privilege in pre-marriage age,and then into sexual human rights in post-marriage age accordingly.This historical evolution of sexual rights reflects the process of which human beings pursues sexual freedom and sexual dignity. |
