| 摘 要： | 国家助学贷款政策几经变迁,大学生国家助学贷款政策的再调整反映了国家面对家庭经济困难学生的资助政策的进一步完善。在2004年新的国家助学贷款机制政策推行下,使得家庭经济困难学生这一群体有了把握高等教育的机会,通过贷款他们完成学业并实现大学梦。但从保障的角度分析,国家助学贷款这一资助性政策还有很多方面有待于进一步加强。

| Abstract: | The national student loan policy undergoes several changes,the adjustments about national student loan policy of university student of reflected that the nation's aid policy to college students in impoverished family is increasingly perfect.With iquisition about national student loan policy and put circumstance into practice,this article analyzes the high education faces the problems should be resolved from the angle of guarantee.Finally,the author brings up to establish an aid of system that is based on guarantee and system national student loan policy for college students. |
