中国社会工作与社会工作教育述评

本文采用文献研究的方法,通过对中国近十年社会工作和社会工作教育现状的回顾,指出了当前中国社会工作中所存在的不足和问题,主要有重教育轻实务,重思考轻研究,重男轻女,缺乏对基本概念的讨论的一致认识.根据研究结果,作者提出了中国社会工作和社会工作教育未来的发展应注重实务研究、本土化发展研究和关注女性群体的需要,真正将社会工作推向本土化和专业化.

A review of social work and social work education in China

The author applies the literature review to examine the development of social work and social work edu- cation in China in the past decades. It is found that there are some features and challenges in the process , for in- stance, more focus on education than practice, more focus on theoretical thinking than research, more focus on men's interests than that of women's,and lack of consensus on some debated concepts. It is suggested that in the future development more attention be paid to practice and practical research, indigenization of social work, and women's issues. The development of social work and social work education is targeted at professionalication and indigenization.
