| 摘 要： | 妇女冲出家庭,走向社会是妇女解放的重要表现。今天,妇女在社会领域已享有与男子基本平等的权利,但在家庭中她们并没有享受到平等的权利,家务劳动仍由其无偿承担。这样她们承担了双重工作,使其解放从一定意义上成为形式符号。本文试从法律与社会的视角作为切入点进行研究,旨在找出一个最佳结合点,呼唤立法充分切实保障妇女婚姻家庭权益,从立法上保障妇女婚姻家庭权益。

| Abstract: | The equality of man and woman has been partly realized in some fields at present, but not in families. Besides pursuing their own careers, most women have to undertake boring and hard housework without being paid. Based on the investigations, the article attempts to make a study of this phenomenon from the law and social perspective , aiming to truly protect women s rights in marriage through legislative measures. |
