新时期高校女生性别观念及影响因素调查

近十年来,越来越多的高校女生开始对传统性别观念持反思和批判的态度,并且更多地表达了对追求事业成功的向往.但是在高校女生群体内部,却存在学历越高,社会性别观念越趋保守的特点.就影响高校女生性别观念的外部环境而言,中国父母的社会性别观念发展状况不均;部分传统及待发展地区依然存在着对女性能力的偏见和歧视;尽管越来越多的高校认识到女性人才培养和性别研究的积极意义,但仍有部分教师对女性的能力持有偏见;就业市场上或明或暗的性别歧视也影响了高校女生群体的自我定位和发展.

Research on the Gender Concepts of Female College Students and Influencing Factors in New Era
