女性意识与妇女成材

女性意识是妇女成材的内在动力.文章重点分析考察了三种主要女性意识与妇女成材的关系一、女性的主体意识即女性作为主体在客观世界中的地位、作用和价值的自觉意识.它是激发妇女追求独立、自主,发挥主动性、创造性的内在动机;二、女性的自我意识,即女性的自身认识,是女性对自身存在的特殊性的探秘,它观察到的不再是男性眼中的女性,而是女性眼中的自己.它既是女性对男性经验的一种积极有效的否定,也是女性的一种自我反思和自我批判;三、女性的平等意识,即女性对现实生活中从属地位和一切歧视现象与行为的意识敏感性,以及对女性应该享受和男性同等的权利与地位的确切认知.其中,主体意识是妇女成材的关键;自我意识是妇女成材的前提;平等意识是妇女成材的保障.

Female consciousness and women's development

Female consciousness is the inner motive of women's development. The article emphatically analyses and makes the research into three main types of relation between female consciousness and women's development. First, female's main body consciousness, which is to say, female's position, function as well as self-consciousness as the main body. It can stimulate women's inner motive to be self-reliance,fully exploring of initiatioe,creativity. Second, female's self consciousness, this is, female's self-realization, which is female's exploring to speculate of self-existence. It observes no longer the female in male's eyes, but in females' eyes of their own. It's not only female's positive and effective denial to male experience, but also female's self-thinking and self-criticisms. Third, female's equal consciousness,this is,female's sensitivity to subordinate position in real life and all the preju- dice phenomena as well as action, also the exacting cognition female should enjoy the same right and position with male. In this,main body consciousness is the key point to women's development;self-consciousness is the precon- dition to women's development;equal consciousness is the assurance of women's development.
