论幼儿教师的心理健康教育能力

摘    要:幼儿心理的健康发展是全面发展的基础,心理健康教育能力应成为每一位幼儿教师必备的职业能力.为了使幼儿通过教育,在身心上得到全面、和谐发展,幼儿教师需具有正确评价幼儿心理健康状况的能力、了解幼儿心理特征的能力、情绪自我调节的能力、建立民主和平等的师生关系的能力等心理健康教育能力.

Abstract:Since mental health of pre-chool children is the basis for their overall development, the abilities of mental health education should become one of the professional abilities for pre-school teachers. They must be capable of appraising children's mental health conditions correct-ly; understanding children's mental characteristics; self-regulating negative emotions; creating teacher-children's relations on the basis of democracy and equality.
