大学生择业效能感的比较研究

摘    要:以班杜拉自我效能感理论为基础,采用自编大学生择业效能感问卷,对471名应届大学本科毕业生进行测评。结果为:大学生择业效能感在性别、院校类型上无显著性差异,但有男生高于女生、男女混校高于单性别院校的倾向;大学生择业效能感随时间有降低趋势,2005届毕业生低于2003届毕业生,差异显著;理、工科学生的择业效能感高于社会学类学生,差异显著。建议从宏观、中观、微观层面对大学生开展就业指导。

Abstract:According to the self efficacy theory,this paper focuses on occupational choice self-efficacy(OCSE).471 undergraduates are measured by applying the scale of OCSE of graduates,and conclusions are draw by analyzing the results: there is no significant difference of undergraduate's OCSE based on their gender and the character of colleges,but had a significant difference due to the time of graduation and the major.At last a suggestion is offered that we should supervise students in job-seeking at macro,middle and micro level.
