| 摘 要： | 本文根据知识经济时代对参政妇女的素质要求,从解析心理学中情商的概念出发,论述了情商与知识经济时代对参政妇女的素质要求之间关系的理论依据.根据对参政妇女情商的调查分析,得出1.政治上成功的女性具有较高的情商水平.2.通过测度情商水平,可以评价参政妇女的素质.

| Abstract: | Analyzed the concept of emotional quotient in the psychology and provided scientific ba- sis for the relation between emotional quotient and the time for requiring women's quality of women participating in governmnet and political affairs. According to the investigation and analy- sis of the emotional quotient of women participating in government and political affairs,obtain fol- lowing results: 1. Emotional quotient is high for successful women in political arena. 2. Through measuring emotional quotient, appraise women's quality of participating in government and polit- ical affairs. |
