性别与发展研究：起源、理论和方法

在跨学科的发展进程中，女性，性别研究正在不断分化出多个分支领域，性别与发展研究就是其中之一。从性别与发展研究的源流、理论和方法、性别与发展项目等方面，探讨这一分支领域的学科建设问题，研究结果如下：性别与发展研究源于20世纪后半叶以来人类发展观的变化、妇女运动全球化的历史进程；性别与发展研究在理论上可区别为两种形态（WID和GAD），而在实践中两者往往难以区分；性别与发展研究有相对独立的方法论，既有宏观层面上的性别平等主流化和妇女赋权两大战略，又有微观层面上的性别分析、性别计划、性别统计和性别预算等具体操作方法；性别与发展项目是性别与发展研究的重要内容。

Gender and Development: Origin, Theory and Method

Studies on gender and development originate from the change of human development concept, and the historic process of women＇s movement globalization. It can be identified of two kinds of theory： Women in Development and Gender and Development, which are difficult to tell difference in practice. The studies on gender and development have relatively independent methodology, including strategies of gender equality mainstream and women＇ s empower at macro level, and concrete operations method at micro level, such as gender analysis, gender statistics and gender budget.
