新时期师德与师能之我见

摘    要:师德亦教师的道德、品德,包括思想道德、职业道德和健康的心理素质三个方面的内容。师能是在师德之下不断提高的一种永无止境的对教学质量的追求。教者,能也;师者,德也。现代教师必须具有高尚的政治、思想、道德品质。思想政治素质是教师素质结构的核心,它决定并制约着其他素质的发展方向,并影响到学生整体素质的提高。亲和度、自由度、激活度和延展度是新时期师能的衡量标准。师德与师能有密切的辨证关系。崇高的师德必然能促进师能的不断提高,而无德必然导致最终的无能。

Abstract:The teacher's virtue consists of the morality, the professional ethics and a healthy mentality. The teacher's talent is the ever-lasting pursuit of teaching quality when one is aspiring to the teacher's virtue. Teachers should be equipped with both the competence and the morality; therefore teachers in the new era should bear respectable characters politically, ideologically and morally. It is no doubt that the ideological and political quality, the core of a teacher's quality, steers the development of a modern teacher, and in turn the cultivation of the general quality of students. Such ingredients as intimacy, liberty, inspiration and versatility constitute the new type of criterion to evaluate teacher's talents nowadays. Since there is a dialectic relation between the teacher's virtue and teacher's talents, the lofty morality will surely lead to the increasing development of the teacher ability while the decline of morality will cause the lack of the ability.
