陕西省就业与宏观经济因素关系的动态研究

基于计量经济学理论和因子分析理论，对陕西省就业与宏观经济因素的关系进行了实证研究。首先验证了劳动力资源、财政支出、固定资产投资总额、社会消费品零售总额、人均GDP、一产产值、二产产值、三产产值是否与就业存在因果关系。然后建立就业与宏观经济因素间的系统控制模型，目的是为了从就业发展短期波动规律与长期趋势来揭示陕西省就业发展的内在规律及其与宏观经济因素之间的系统作用关系，对陕西省就业问题的解决有一定的积极意义。

Dynamic Research on Relationship between Employment and Macroeconomics Factors in Shaanxi

Based on the causality theories and factor analysis theories, the paper positively studies the relationship between the employment in Shaanxi and macroeconomics factors. First a causal relationship is verified between the employment and such factors as labor resources, financial expenditures, the total investment in fixed assets, the total retail sales of social consumer goods, per capita GDP, and so on. And thena systematical control model between the employment and macroeconomie factors is to be established to reveal the inberent laws of the employment in Shaanxi and its interaction with macroeeonomies factors in terms of the short-term employment fluctuation and the long-term employment tendency. The study would play a positive role to solve the employment problems in Shaanxi.
