陕西民间投资存在的问题及对策

在对陕西省民间投资现状进行分析的基础上,指出民间投资的过程中仍面临着进入门槛高,不平等税费压力大,依靠融资发展难,投资环境不理想,企业自身经营能力不强,法律保障不完善等一系列问题。要实现民间投资快速增长,必须最大限度开放行业准入领域,加快培育壮大民间投资主体,加强对民营企业的融资支持,优化投资环境,加强规划、引导,完善相关的服务体系。

Problems of Nongovernmental Investment in Shaanxi

Based on the analysis on the present situation of nongovernmental investment in Shaanxi,this paper points out a series of problems during the process of nongovernmental investment,such as no easy access to the investment,unequal taxation,difficult development by capital circulation,dissatisfactory investment environment,low capacity for managing enterprises,and imperfect law system.To increase nongovernmental investment,fields should be opened to the largest extent,subjects for nongovernmental investment should be brought up,support for the capital circulation of privately-run enterprises should be strengthened,investment environment should be optimized,and corresponding service system should be perfected.
