| 摘 要： | 校园文化是学校自身建设的一个重要组成部分,是大学生健康成长的依托。它具有引领、示范社会先进文化建设和发展的社会功能和责任,是教师、学生和管理者共同传承和创造的校园精神,以及培养这种精神所需要的文化环境的总和。运用系统科学的理论,理性把握校园文化建设,从大学精神文化、制度文化、行为文化和环境文化以及校园文化与社会文化系统的关系入手,认为建设和谐的校园文化是校园文化永恒的价值追求。

| Abstract: | Campus culture is an important component of universities and the backing for students in universities to grow healthily.It involves the society duty of leading advanced culture and campus spirit creatived by teachers,students and administrators.Only from universities spirit culture,system culture,behaviour culture,enviornment culture and relation between campus culture and society culture system,can we construct harmonious campus culture according to systematic science. |
