| 摘 要： | 培养高素质创新人才是时代对高等学校提出的迫切要求,是实施素质教育的根本目的。主要从培养目标、培养方案和教学组织管理等方面对工程训练的创新人才培养模式进行了研究与实践,形成了工程训练的创新人才培养模式,从实践应用的效果看,较好地满足了社会对应用型、复合型、创新型高级工程人才的培养要求。

| Abstract: | Bringing up talents with high quality and innovative ability is an urgent demand to the institutions of higher learning,and it is also the ultimate aim of quality-oriented education.This paper explores the training mode of talents with innovative ability in terms of training aim,cultivationg program and organization of teaching management.As a result,a new training mode by project training has been formed.Practically,it is obvious that the new mode meets the needs for the apply,comprehensive and innovative engineering talents. |
