| Abstract: | The employment of college graduate is facing a great pressure in 2003 because of expanding of enrolling students. In order to do a better job in graduate's employment, we must fully realize the importance of doing well in this work, strengthen graduate's employment guidance , deepen the reformation of education and teaching and establish and perfect a new system for graduate's employment guidance and service, which includes such functions as instruction management ,guidance and service. |
