| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育体制改革给了高校一定的自主权,这种自主权使高校的财务管理由原来的无风险管理转变为现在的风险管理。本文针对高校存在的财务风险从定性、定量两方面构建了高校财务预警机制,并引用案例进行了实证研究。

| Abstract: | Reforms of the higher education system in China has brought some independence rights to the university,and this kind of right to independence transforms financial management of universities from the original non-risk management one to the risk at the present.This paper,in view of financial risks which exist in universities has composed a mechanism of financial early-warning for universities from two aspects: qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Finally,the article quotes the case to conduct the real diagnosis research. |
