摘    要:学科建设是高校办学质量和水平的主要标志之一,学科团队建设是学科建设的关键所在。本文结合组织行为学理论中“团队”的定义,分析了与“学科团队”相关的“科研团队”、“创新团队”及“学术团队”的基本概念,在此基础上,笔者给出了学科团队的基本概念,并从内涵上探讨了学科团队所包括的多层含义,以及学科团队与科研团队的主要联系与区别;分析了学科团队的目标性、组织性、结构性和规范性四个基本特征,论述了学科团队建设中的五个关键影响因素,最后提出了加强学科团队建设的对策建议。

Abstract:The Discipline construction is one of the main features representing the quality and level of higher education, in which the construction of academic team plays a decisive role. According to the definition of "team" in organizational behavior theory, this paper analyzes the basic meaning of "scientific research team", "innovation team" to "academic team" associated with "discipline team", and expound the basic conception of discipline team. It discusses the multi-layer connotation of discipline team and compares the multiple meanings of discipline team with that of research team. Moreover, the paper analyzes four basic characteristics of discipline team including target, organization, struc- ture and normalization, and studies five key factors in the discipline team construction to put forward the reinforcement of the construction of discipline team.
