| Abstract: | Making great efforts to develop the multi-level capital market is the need to the current eco nomic structure adjustment in China. And at the same time it is the goal of the self-construction of China＇s capital market. This paper firstly discusses the practical significance and then analyzes the existing problems in the present situation to develop multi-level capital market in China. Finally it puts forward methods and prospects for the construction of multi-level capital market in China in order to provide reference for the study of multi-level capital market development. |
