| 摘 要： | 会展业发展的关键是人才,会展人才的培养在我国刚刚起步,还有待成熟与完善。从高校毕业生就业的角度,分析了我国会展经济的发展与会展人才培养目前存在的问题,通过调研分析的方法,探索高校会展专业人才的培养模式,为解决高校会展专业毕业生的就业问题,提出指导性的解决方案。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of exhibition talents,which is crucial in the development of exhibition industry,is just getting started in China and remains to be mature and perfected.From the view of the employment of college graduates,this paper analyzes the national development of the exhibition economy and the existing problems in the exhibition talents training.By means of investigation and analysis,it explores the training model of exhibition talents and puts forward the solutions to the employment issues of exhibition graduates. |
