| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志"三个代表"的重要论断,是站在时代高度对中国共产党近80年的历史经验以及当前党面临的新问题的总结,从根本上回答了在充满挑战和希望的21世纪,我们党要把自己建设成为一个什么样的党和怎样建设党的问题.本文从"三个代表"思想提出的背景出发,分析了"三个代表"思想深刻而丰富的内涵,阐述了实际工作中如何按照"三个代表"的要求,加强党的基层组织建设的问题.

| Abstract: | Three representatives' by Jiang Zemin is an important thoughts. It is a historical sum- marizing of 80 years' experience of our Party, and answers the problems that how to construct the Communist Party of China in 21 century. This paper analyses the profound and abundant connota- tion from the background of the 'three representatives', expounds the problem for strengthening the foundation of the Party according to the demand of 'three representatives' in the practice. |
