现阶段高校固定资产管理存在的问题及解决对策

高校固定资产是发展高等教育、提高教学质量和科研水平的物质基础。如何管好、用好高校固定资产,不断提高其使用效益,防止固定资产浪费和流失,保证教学、科研以及各项工作的顺利进行,都有着十分重要的意义。就现阶段高校固定资产管理的现状、存在的问题和形成这种现状的原因进行了简要分析,并提出了改变这种现状的措施和对策。

Fixed Assets Management in Higher Education

Fixed assets management is the material basis to develop higher education and,improve education quality and research level.It is very important to maintain good management,make full use of fixed assets and keep improving the utilizing efficiency in order to prevent the drain of the assets and assune the well run of teaching,researching and all the other works.In this paper,both the present condition and existing problems of fixed assets management at current stage in higher education are presented,the causes are analyzed and then some measures and solutions to the problems are proposed.
