| 摘 要： | 利用1991-2005年西安市房地产业与经济增长的相关数据,通过建立计量经济模型,发现西安市房地产业与经济增长之间有着较高的相关性,两者之间并不存在长期的稳定的关系,其因果关系是单向的,即西安市房地产业构成了经济增长的原因,而西安市的经济增长对房地产业发展的推动作用并不显著。

| Abstract: | Based on the relevant data of real estate industry and economic growth of Xi'an from 1991-2005, This paper,with the econometrical model,explores the high relativity between the real estate industry and economic growth of Xi'an.There are no long and stable relations between them,and the causality between them is unilateral.That is because the real estate industry of Xi'an is one of the factors of economic growth, but it is not obvious that economic growth impulses the development of the real estate industry. |
