教学科研和谐发展提高人才培养质量

摘    要:围绕人才培养这个高校的主要社会职能,讨论了教育教学和科技活动对培养创新型人才的重要作用,给出了科技活动促进或引导教育教学与人才培养的主要途径,指出了构建教学与科研和谐发展局面的现实意义,分析了建立保障教育教学与科技活动和谐发展体制机制的必要性。

Abstract:In this paper,based on the training of undergraduates with innovation characteristics,which is one of the main social functions of college and university,the importance of teaching and scientific research for training undergraduates is discussed,the approaches for scientific research to promotning teaching and student training through scientific research are presented,and the significance of forming harmonious relation between teaching and scientific research in university is point out.In the end,this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing the administration system and mechanism to guarantee the harmonious development between teaching and scientific research.
