| 摘 要： | 政府信息公开是现代民主政治的内在要求，是人民主权和公民知情权的具体体现。政府信息公开制度对于建立廉洁、高效的政府具有重要意义。但我国政府信息公开制度尚存在许多不足，难以满足公众的信息需求。为此，应当进一步加强信息公开立法，并建立与之相配套的机制和措施，以推动我国政府信息公开。

| Abstract: | The government information publication is the inherent requirement in the modern democratic politics, which reflects the popular sovereignty and citizen＇s right to know. The system of government information publication is important for establishing a government of integrity and efficiency. In China, however, the government information publication is to be ameliorated to meet the public needs of information. Therefore we should issue relevant rules and set up a corresponding mechanism and measures so as to improve the government information publication. |
