土木工程专业生产实习教学改革初探

土木工程专业生产实习教学环节是培养具有实践能力、创新能力的土木工程类应用人才的重要手段。目前我国高校土木工程专业生产实习存在着一些需要解决的问题。影响土木工程专业生产实习教学效果的原因有：师资力量相对不足；实习场所难以落实；实习管理制度不甚严格；选题制度不健全；总结与管理工作不够细致，执行还相对滞后。所以应加强生产实习教学管理制度和指导教师队伍建设；加强生产实习基地建设和教学过程两头管理工作；改革传统的实习教学模式，组织流动交叉式实习，进一步提高生产实习教学效果。

The Reform of the Productive Practice for Civil Engineering Majors

The productive practice is an important approach for civil en their practical skills and innovative ability. But there are still some pro g b neering students to enhance ems to be solved in the productive practice in higher education, including the relatively insufficient teaching staff, the lacking of suitable practice sites, etc. In this paper, the reasons which affect the teaching quality of productive practice were analyzed. And also, some substantial measures to improve the quality were put forward, which consist of the establishment of a set of regulations on the productive practice, the training of teaching staff and the reform of the traditional teaching mode. The means proposed herein can provide valuable reference for the practice.
