西安市土地价格水平透析

Analysis on the Level of Xi'an Land Price

Land price is the barometer of reflecting land market. Land price directly affects the development of city land. As an important city in west development strategy, land price is the focus to which all societies pay close attention. The paper evaluates objectively the standard of Xi'an land price through analyzing land price in Xi'an and elements of affecting land price. On the other hand land price not only affects the development of real estate market,but also restrains the national economy. So the government should macroscopicly adjust and control the level of land price and take come measures to control land price standards reasonably.
