| 摘 要： | 通过对现行党内监督机制的历史问题回顾,并针对地方党组织内部监督的现状,讨论了社会主义市场经济条件下监督过程中出现的问题,借鉴国内外的经验,提出了社会主义市场经济条件下地方党组织内部监督体制创新的建议。
