浅议德育中的隐性教育

摘    要:在德育过程中 ,隐性教育较显性教育有着教育途径的多样性 ,教育内容的隐含性 ,教育过程的顺然性等特征。在德育效能弱化的形势下 ,教育工作者应从扩大教育领域 ,树立学校、家庭和社会系统工程的概念 ,做好显性教育和隐性教育的转化等方面着手 ,以增强德育的实效性。

Abstract:There are more varieties of the path of education, the implicit of contents in education and the coherence of the educational process in the Implicit Education than those in the Dominant Education during the process of the Moral Education. As the influence of the moral education are weakening, educators should enlarge the filed of education and set up the concept that the school, the family, and the society are in a whole system. Thus, we can strengthen the influence of the moral education with the transformation of the Implicit Education and the Dominant Education.
