扩大党的群众基础与实现两个先锋队

增强党的阶级基础与扩大党的群众基础是党真正成为“两个先锋队”的辩证统一。作为执政党,要巩固自己的执政地位,执政基础就不能单一化,更不能自我封闭。中国共产党不但要不断增强阶级基础,永葆工人阶级先锋队性质,而且要根据变化了的实际与时俱进,把社会其它阶层的优秀分子吸收到党内来,使我们党成为中国人民和中华民族的先锋队。
