| 摘 要： | 科技的发展对传统的伦理责任提出了新的挑战.对现代社会中伦理责任的含义进行讨论,阐述科学技术与伦理之间的辨证关系,强调科学价值的非中立性,并指出科学家和工程师在现代社会中除了做好自己的本职外,还应对科学技术的社会后果负有一定的伦理责任.

| Abstract: | The development of science and technology results in a new challenge to the traditional ethical respon-sibility. This paper discusses the meaning of ethical responsibility in the modern society and illustrates the dialec-tic relationship between science and technoligy and ethics.The paper stresses the non - neutrality of the value of science and points out that scientists and engineers must shoulder the ethical responsibility for the conseqnences brought about by modern science and technology, in addition to doing well their own work. |
