企业道德是企业竞争力的源泉

企业道德受到学术界和管理界的日益关注已是一个不争的事实 ,企业道德在管理实践中的地位显著提高 ,许多企业已经把道德融合到日常管理之中 ,在追求经济效益的同时也在寻求其社会存在的意义。本文从企业经营假设切入 ,深入分析了企业道德从美德到必需、从实然到应然、从义务到责任的转换 ,再到其辩证统一过程 ,驳斥了不道德经营和非道德经营假设的理论错误和现实局限性 ,论证了道德经营假设的现实可行性及其实践意义 ,从而得出企业道德是企业竞争力的源泉的结论。
