湘潭市农村居民消费结构问题与对策——(1985-2005年)湖南省湘潭市农村居民消费问题调查分析

现阶段湘潭市农村居民消费存在的主要问题是消费结构层次较低,这是由于收入增加和产业结构优化的断裂、消费倾向下降、消费环境较差等原因造成的,要解决这些问题应从构建消费保障网,改善消费结构,提高农民的消费质量等入手。

Problem in the Countryside Consumption Structure of Xiangtan and Countermeasures Against It——A Survey of the Countryside Consumption in Xiangtan,Hunan Province from 1985 -2005

The low level of consumption structure is the main problem of the countryside consumers in Xiangtan.The gap between income increase and industrial structure optimiation,the decrease of consumption tendency and worse consumption environment are the main factors contributing to this problem.In order to optimize consumption structure and to raise the quality of countryside consumption,this paper suggests constructing the security net of consumption,improving consumption,and promoting farmers' consumption quality.
