| Abstract: | According to the principles of aesthetics,the article is to disclose theoretically the artistic embodiment of calisthenics based on its unique charm and use it as a guideline while solving problems such as artistic devise of calisthenics and the performance effect.The purpose is not only to achieve the intended training goal,but also to attach importance to calisthenics in market economy,to improve the aesthetic standard,to explore other approaches in its field and to initiate a pattern with Chinese feature. |
